If you submit a press release for distribution, it will include your name, email, phone and other personal contact information which will then also be shared with hundreds of other news websites in order to distribute your press release and get it published, so therefore we have no control and assume no responsibility for the use or publication of your contact information across these various websites.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with any other third parties for direct marketing purposes or for any other purpose.

Our Services are not intended for the use by anyone under the age of 16 years old and we do not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not permitted to submit any personal information to us.

Removal of a already published press release is possible but only from some of the websites, as we cannot guarantee full removal from all the websites that the press release was published to. There is a fee of $90 per press release removal or retraction request.

We are a press release distribution service and we do not guarantee publication of your press release on any individual website. Distribution is guaranteed, however we do cannot guarantee the publication of your press release on any given website. We distribute your press release to various new sites and it is entirely in their discretion if they decide to publish the press release on their website or not.

We do not guarantee any specific number of views, impressions, clicks or reads of your press release.

We do not allow press releases that contain any of the following;

• Derogatory statements about other firms.

• Alleges unethical behavior on the part of another company or individual.

• False or misleading claims on any other party or any other party’s products.

• Threats, or press releases containing content that threatens any other party.

• Anything containing politics.

• Anything at all that contains illegal content; and/or promotes illegal content or promotes illegal behavior.

• Unauthorized stock ticker symbols.

Payment processors and third party data collection. By placing an order on this website you are also agreeing to Paypal’s terms, as we use paypal to provide secure payments to our customers. Credit card information is not stored in our systems. All transactions are processed through Paypal’s website.
