All themes includes a Single Use License: (1) total license, to use on one website or one client website.
When you purchase a website theme from us, you are purchasing a non-exclusive license to use the theme, You do not obtain any rights to or full ownership of the theme. All rights are maintained by the copyright owner or author.
A single use license gives you the freedom to use the theme, its logo and graphic assets on one website or one client website.
All of the php code, integrated html and WordPress code is distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL License. Our custom css code and all of the images used are not distributed under the terms of the GPL license. All logo and bundled stock images are property of their copyright owner, Wire Access. You are not allowed to re-distribute the theme as a stock asset or digital download or resell the theme online, however you can modify/redistribute/resell the bare php, wordpress and integrated html code after all of our custom css and images have been removed.

Theme Refunds
If your are not satisifed with the theme we will provide a full refund within 30 days minus a 5% fee.
If your are unable to dowload or install any of our themes or code or if you are unable to access the theme, we will provide a full refund minus a 5% fee, as long as the purchase was within the last 90 days. This time may be extended under special circumstances.
Press Releases
Once you submit content to our website, WireAccess.net, you give Wire Access the right to the site to reproduce, publish, modify, and distribute it.
We do not own or control any of the news websites that will publish your press release. We distribute your press release to these websites and it is up to them if they will decide to publish it or not. We do not guarantee publication of your press release on any of the sites on our distribution list except for our website, wireaccess.net. We will distribute and submit your press release to our distribution list and network of websites but we do not guarantee publication of your press release on any of these websites, nor do we maintain or control them or any of the content on any of these websites or how your press release is used or displayed on any of these websites.
Wire Access assumes no responsibility for, and has no control over, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You can request to stop a scheduled press release before publication. We must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the press release’s scheduled publication.
Removal of a already published press release is possible but only from some of the websites, as we cannot guarantee full removal from all the websites that the press release was published to. There is a fee of $90 per press release removal or retraction request.
We are a press release distribution service and we do not guarantee publication of your press release on any individual website. Distribution is guaranteed, however we do cannot guarantee the publication of your press release on any given website. We distribute your press release to various new sites and it is entirely in their discretion if they decide to publish the press release on their website or not.
We do not guarantee any specific number of views, impressions, clicks or reads of your press release.
We do not allow press releases that contain any of the following;
• Derogatory statements about other firms.
• Alleges unethical behavior on the part of another company or individual.
• False or misleading claims on any other party or any other party’s products.
• Threats, or press releases containing content that threatens any other party.
• Anything containing politics.
• Anything at all that contains illegal content; and/or promotes illegal content or promotes illegal behavior.
• Unauthorized stock ticker symbols.
